It has been a while. Looks like this is just notes to my self so I do not forget.

I took my first dose of HRT on Sunday Nov 5th, 2023.

I am under the care of a doctor.  2 mg of Estradiol.  

One pill in the morning for a week.  Then one pill in the morning and one pill in the evening.  First blood draw is in 4 weeks.  Then Dr. Appointment for adjustments.

I did get 6 session with a counselor.
